What will I learn?

Master how law shapes the global economy. The LLM in Business and Trade Law and Market Regulation prepares you to explore and influence the powerful intersections of rules, principles and markets in 21st-century society. The LLM in Business and Trade Law and Market Regulation programme is offered both full-time and part-time. Full-time students take three taught modules in semester 1 and three taught modules in semester 2. Part-time students take two taught modules in semester 1 (year 1), two taught modules in semester 2 (Year 1), and two taught modules year 2. In addition, all students need to complete a dissertation. Each module entails 2 hours of classes per week.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants should normally have a Level 8 primary degree in Law or an interdisciplinary degree with Law as a significant component, with a minimum H2.1; applicants with lower grades may be considered competitively, while relevant professional qualifications and experience may also be considered under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.
