What will I learn?

Biosystems Engineers are at the forefront of the search for practical solutions to global problems. Biosystems and Food Engineering is the application of engineering principles to the production, manufacture processing of biological materials. These include biosensors, enzymes, food products, advanced packaging systems and precision production and harvesting systems, while at the same time protecting the environment. The School provides modules in achieving sustainable development and environmental protection by developing improved waste management techniques, and systems to protect air, soil and water quality.
