What will I learn?

The combined skills of finance and marketing help manage financial performance and generate new customer insights. This combination is highly valued by employers. Students favour this major because it offers diverse career opportunities and strong demand. It brings together resource management (finance) and revenue generation (marketing). Through this double major, you will gain knowledge in both finance and marketing. In the finance major you will study financial markets and institutions, investment and portfolio management, corporate finance, funding decisions, financial analysis and reporting, derivatives and risk management. In the marketing major, you will learn marketing strategies, pricing, promotion, distribution strategies, as well as competitor and customer behaviour.
