What will I learn?

With BSc Construction Management and Surveying you will develop a thorough knowledge of technical and managerial issues within the construction sector - opening up a wide range of alternative career paths. This course is designed to prepare you for a successful career in a management position within the construction sector. The degree is currently seeking accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Successful completion of programmes accredited by CIOB and RICS will satisfy the academic requirements for membership of both professional bodies. Accreditation is subject to periodic review and approval by the respective institutions.
