What will I learn?

Psychology is the scientific study of the relationship between mind and behaviour. The psychology component of the programme (70%) covers the core domains of psychology, namely biological psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, individual differences, social psychology, conceptual and historical issues in psychology, and research methods. The management component of the programme (30%) introduces a range of topics that are relevant to workplace psychology such as consumer behaviour, marketing, human resource management and project management. Teaching and assessment emphasises application to real world issues, and enhances transferable employability skills such as numerical and computer literacy, communication and teamwork. This programme is offered with a September and January intake.Our psychology with management graduates have a strong record of employment in business management, marketing, human resources, coaching, academic research and teaching, to name but a few.
