What will I learn?

Swinburne’s Diploma of Quantity Surveying aims to provide graduates with a broad range of introductory surveying knowledge and skills. The course delivers a strong foundation that creates articulate and reflective problem solvers who are aware of a wide variety of tasks involved in the life cycle of a construction project. The Diploma of Quantity Surveying graduates may find positions in the construction industry, such as construction managers, cost managers/quantity surveyors, project procurement manager and contract administrators as well as advisers on development economics and contractual matters.
