What will I learn?

The Bachelor of Arts with Honours or BA(Hons) is for high-achieving Bachelor of Arts students (or those from equivalent degrees) to select from a wide range of subjects in the humanities and social sciences. UC's BA honours degree is made up of a personalised study programme, which includes elective coursework and a supervised research component. The European Studies postgraduate programme is focused around the National Centre for Research on Europe (NCRE), which provides unique training and development opportunities for postgraduate students seeking careers in trade, foreign affairs, and policy. Study Involve: As a postgraduate working with the National Centre for Research on Europe you belong to an international institutional network, a member of the NZ EU Centres Network, Asia-Pacific EU studies networks, and the global Jean Monnet programme. These linkages provide European Studies postgraduates with special opportunities to participate in conferences, workshops, and exchanges within Aotearoa New Zealand, in Asia, and the EU.
