What will I learn?

Across three trimesters, you will build a solid foundation in business analytics, information systems, and data-driven decision-making. This programme emphasises culturally informed methodologies, including Kaupapa Māori frameworks, and ethical considerations in data management and research. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies, preparing you to transform raw data into actionable insights and strategic business solutions. Entry requirements

For international students

ACADEMICStandard entry assessment: • Degree: Hold a bachelors degree in Computing, IT, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Business Information Systems, Arts, or related disciplines; OR an acceptable equivalent qualification from a recognised institution overseas, AND• Applicants without quantitative or analytical subjects in their transcripts must submit a cover letter demonstrating their analytical abilities through projects or relevant work experience. Alternative entry assessment:Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and skills, demonstrated by • Degree level equivalent tertiary study and industry experience (study completed at degree level with the attainment of a diploma or advanced diploma equivalent to at least a level 6 on the New Zealand Qualification Framework • The length of the Diploma/advanced Diploma course and the volume of study- normally a minimum of 2-3 full time years equivalent • The grades/grade point average achieved on the qualification equivalent to grade B
