Architectural Technology is a relatively new profession in the construction industry combining a passion for the built environment with a particular interest in technical design. The profession brings together a number of key skills and subjects such as sustainability, visualisation, materials and building technology. In today's environment, the use of information technology tools to develop technical solutions is a key component of the architectural technologist's portfolio.In preparation for a career in practice, you will become proficient in a range of design, technical and management skills.
