What will I learn?

The course is designed around five pillars: practitioner-focused learning, physiology skill-centred development, science in practice, personal and professional development, and emotional intelligence – applied exercise physiology. It blends hard, technical expertise with softer interpersonal skills which are essential to becoming an effective exercise physiology practitioner in the workplace. Gaining hands-on experience through built-in industry placements and reflective practice, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to thrive in professional settings.
