Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants are required to have A-level Biology and must also have achieved a minimum of grade 4 (C) in both English Language and Mathematics at GCSE (or equivalent). T-level qualifications are accepted for admission to undergraduate courses, with grades considered equivalent to standard A-level requirements as follows: AAA* corresponds to Distinction (A* in the core component and Distinction in the occupational specialism), AAA to Distinction, BBB to Merit, CCC to Pass (with at least a C in the core), and DDD to Pass (with a D or E in the core). Where a course specifies subject-specific A-level requirements, applicants offering T-levels may also be required to present the relevant A-level subject alongside their T-level qualification.
