What will I learn?

This course is a three-year programme designed to prepare you for employment, leadership development and further study within the health and social care sector. You will develop knowledge of person-centred practice, communication, wellbeing, safeguarding, ethics, policy and leadership while gaining an understanding of contemporary health and social care systems. As you progress, you will build research, analytical and professional skills through applied learning and real-world scenarios. In your final year, you will undertake an applied research project and choose a specialist pathway aligned to your interests and career goals.
