Graduate Apprenticeships are built on a partnership between employers, apprentices and UWS enabling students to align their learning with their workplace activities and apply their new skills and learning in a professional environment from Day 1.
To achieve this, apprentices are supported by a dedicated UWS Link Tutor and a Workplace Mentor who will work together to maximise the opportunities to accredit the learning taking place in the apprentices’ workplace activities.
As a result, Graduate Apprentices are uniquely placed to integrate their academic skills, knowledge and practices with their workplace practices contributing to increased productivity and business growth.

The standard entry requirements include Scottish Highers with grades BBBC (102 UCAS Tariff points), including English; A Levels with grades CCD (88 UCAS Tariff points), including English; the Irish Leaving Certificate with grades H3H3H3H4, including English; the International Baccalaureate with a minimum of 24 points; or an appropriate Foundation Apprenticeship or Modern Apprenticeship.
