What will I learn?

Construction project management is the process of directing and coordinating human, material, and technology resources throughout a civil engineering project's lifecycle: the design, construction, maintenance, operation and decommissioning of crucial infrastructure facilities upon which modern life depends. The MSc in Construction and Project Management will help you as a graduate engineer to develop effective management skills that will allow you to take a leading role in these operations. Emphasis is placed on providing a supportive environment that will equip you with the knowledge and learning skills to tackle modern challenges in the industry. This programme is ideal for those with a degree in civil engineering/the built environment, management, and cognate disciplines, who are interested in pursuing a career in construction and project management. You will acquire a strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the legal issues surrounding construction management, in addition to a variety of transferrable skills.
