Previous students have studied a wide variety of subjects during school or college. The unifying theme among our students is a passion for creating and managing exciting events, regardless of previous experience or study.We welcome international students who wish to study this global sector at a UK university. We also support mature students who may have previously worked on events and now wish to formalise their experience with a degree qualification. Mature students may also include those with experience in a different sector who are now seeking a career change.**What does this course lead to?**You'll graduate from this course with the essential skills needed for a wide range of career destinations, including the management of festivals, trade shows, civic events, sporting spectacles, weddings and conferences.Our graduates have gone on to work with Festival Republic, Hemming Group, British Sailing, Camp Bestival, Hanson Wade, Download Festival, Collaborate Global, Silent Disco King, and Sony Music Entertainment among many others.Our focus on transferable skills means that many of our graduates have also built successful careers in other sectors such as marketing, project management, business development, and media. Graduates also progress to further study at postgraduate level, or start their own companies.
