The MSc Family Business at Bayes draws on over 20 years of Bayes expertise in family business teaching and research to prepare you for leadership at the ownership level. Designed for individuals from business-owning families, as well as those pursuing careers in advisory, investment, and professional services, the programme focuses on how family enterprises are sustained, governed, and grown across generations. It is led by Professor Ajay Bhalla, a leading authority in family business.
You will build a strong foundation in management while developing specialist expertise in family enterprise leadership, strategic renewal, and wealth stewardship. The emphasis is on navigating the realities of ownership, from continuity and growth to capital allocation and long-term value creation.
