What will I learn?

History holds powerful lessons. Our MA Holocaust Studies explores how and why the Holocaust happened, and how it continues to influence global politics, culture and memory today. What makes the Holocaust one of the most significant events in modern history? You’ll explore that question from historical, literary, and visual perspectives with the support of expert academics. This course includes an in-depth study of Holocaust history, and key debates about the representation of the Holocaust in literature, film, museums and memorials.
