What will I learn?

You’ll learn how to develop and manage outstanding customer experiences from industry-experienced staff. You’ll develop essential skills and experience on an international or UK-based work placement and gain opportunities to visit tourist destinations such as Barcelona and Amsterdam on field trips. You’ll learn how to set up and promote your own hotel or tourism business through specialist enterprise, marketing and operations management modules. Our on-campus business hub, The Growth Hub, will connect you to leading local business expertise with opportunities for work shadowing and working on live business briefs.

Our graduates are well-prepared for a range of roles in business development within hotels and resorts, marketing and product development with cruise companies, and providing PR consultation for the hotel industry. They also excel in regional business development for restaurant chains, serving as travel representatives for tour operators, and managing operations in hotel chains.
