Developed in response to the increasing national and global need for specialists in lifestyle‑focused healthcare, this MSc emphasises a multidisciplinary approach and the application of high‑quality research to real‑world clinical and community settings. The programme is delivered by an expert team of practitioners and academics, including specialists in nutrition, public health, exercise science, behaviour change, mental health. This ensures graduates leave with the most up‑to‑date knowledge and practical skills required to make a meaningful impact on individual and population health.
