What will I learn?

The LLM in International Commercial Law offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of commercial law, learning from leaders in the field who draw on their research to give you a real understanding of current issues and controversies. The key feature of the specialism is its internationalism: both in terms of programme content, where you can understand commercial law in an international and comparative context, and in terms of the student community, providing opportunities to meet and work alongside law graduates from around the world.

Entry requirements

For international students

To apply for the UCL LLM degree, you must normally have: A good 2.1 degree with evidence of 1st class ability (or equivalent in other jurisdictions). Evidence of motivation, reasoning and analytical ability, and communication skills, shown in your application. A good 2.1 shall normally mean an average of at least 65% (or equivalent in other jurisdictions) across all years of study, and ‘evidence of 1st class ability shall normally mean at least one 1st class mark (or equivalent in other jurisdictions) over the entire degree.
