The 1-year MA Dance and Musical Theatre Performance Degree is a rigorous programme of vocational training for aspiring professional performers. The course centres on developing your individual practice, with a capstone performance portfolio module allowing you to demonstrate the breadth of your performance and research skills, as well as engage in an industry work-based placement.Throughout the year the rigour and complexity of training increases so that you develop the skills, knowledge and expertise necessary for a long and successful performing career, as well as the security of gaining an MA Dance and Musical Theatre Performance to pave the way for life after a performing career.The course is designed specifically for performers who want to excel in the Cruise, Cabaret and Musical Theatre industries and includes Ballet, Technical Jazz, Heels Technique, Showgirl Technique, Commercial, Latin, Lyrical, Tap, Singing (group & solo), Acting, Integrated Performance, Choreography and Health / Mental Health & Nutrition.
