Management and Technological Change - MSc

UK

What will I learn?

A high proportion of change initiatives, including technologically focused ones, fail. This is often because of a limited understanding of human-technology collaboration. Adopting perspectives from social science, this MSc will enhance your knowledge of new technologies and, more importantly, foster your understanding of the practices, processes, and structures of work in contemporary society. This will equip you to bridge the gap between cutting-edge and evolving technologies and the people who drive their success. You do not need coding or maths skills to enrol in this MSc. The programme is designed to help you understand people and technology, focusing on the ability to assess requirements for new technologies and consider their implications and implementation, rather than technical programming or mathematical analysis.
