UK

What will I learn?

The Management (Entrepreneurship) MSc will help you learn how to apply entrepreneurship and innovation when introducing a new service, product or business venture.

During the course you’ll be working on case studies and live client projects. There’s also an option of paid work experience which will help you put the latest academic thinking and business strategies into practice as you prepare for future management roles. You will also achieve PGCert and PGDip awards.

Full-time students also have the option to add work experience to their masters through a year’s paid placement in industry.

Initially, you will complete the same core modules as on other management courses. At the end of term two you will then be able to specialise in one of three areas or continue on a more general route toward our Management MSc qualification.

Career prospects

This course will help you take advantage of entrepreneurial opportunities such as starting your own business, starting a franchise or taking on an entrepreneurial role within the corporate world. It is also valuable if you are interested in pursuing a career such as business negotiator, commercial interpreter, lecturer or researcher.

If you want to pursue a career in academia, the research skills training and experience you acquire on the course may be used to develop a proposal for a subsequent research degree or for published papers.
