What will I learn?

The MSc Management (Finance) programme at Swansea University is designed for students who are interested in finance or a finance career but who do not want to take a full Accounting and Finance degree. You’ll pursue modules on advanced finance topics such as the principles of corporate finance and managing financial resources. You will also learn about management in an interconnected global community as well as core management concepts such as operations management, human resource management and marketing management to give you a solid grounding in a range of dynamic business principles. Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence, the course is open to students from any discipline who would like to work in business or management. Upon successful completion of the relevant mapped modules within the MSc Management you will qualify for CMI’s Level seven Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Entry requirements

For international students

Students must attain a 2:2 in an undergraduate degree. This is a conversion course targeted at students who do not have an undergraduate background in Business Management. Applicants from any undergraduate background will be considered.
