What will I learn?

The Master of Business Administration programme will equip you with a critical understanding of business and management essentials, covering areas such as people management, strategic marketing and financial proficiency. You’ll develop the strategic leadership skills needed to succeed in today’s professional environment, alongside the ability to evaluate organisational strategy and strategic positioning. Our MBA is available as a general MBA, providing a broad understanding of leadership, strategy, finance, marketing and organisational management. Alongside the general MBA, we also offer a range of specialist pathways that allow you to tailor your studies towards industries and areas of business interest (subject to student numbers). These include: Master of Business Administration (Human Resources) Master of Business Administration (Digital Marketing) Master of Business Administration (Healthcare) Master of Business Administration (Data Analytics) Master of Business Administration (Project Management) Master of Business Administration (FinTech) Master of Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) Master of Business Administration with Advanced Project Master of Business Administration with Extended Professional Practice These pathways provide the opportunity to explore specific subject areas and business fields in greater depth while gaining the broad strategic and leadership knowledge of the MBA programme. As a University of Hertfordshire MBA student, you’ll benefit from first-class facilities, including our virtual learning environment, StudyNet, which provides access to fellow students, lecture materials and more than 100,000 e-books and e-journals.
