What will I learn?

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants should normally hold a second class honours degree or above in a relevant discipline such as Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a closely related science or technology field.

Alternatively, a postgraduate diploma or certificate in a related engineering or technology discipline will also be considered.

In exceptional cases, applicants who do not meet the academic entry requirements but have substantial and relevant industrial or professional experience may be admitted. Such applicants will be required to submit a portfolio of written evidence demonstrating their technical knowledge and suitability for postgraduate study through the University's Accreditation of Prior Learning (APEL) process.
