What will I learn?

The rapid spread and impact of AI technologies create exceptional opportunities and challenges for organisations, and for the managers who lead them.Business managers play a critical role in leveraging AI effectively and responsibly in organisations. You will learn about their potential to support organisational transformation and deliver new forms of value creation. You will also evaluate the challenges AI brings to organisations and individuals, and the existing approaches to ensure AI is deployed ethically and responsibly.Our content is informed by the programme team’s research expertise and close industry connections, developed as part of our research work on the organisational adoption and market diffusion of digital and AI technologies.
