What will I learn?

Whether advising clients, assessing building condition, managing construction projects or safeguarding the rights of building users , building surveyors are a vital cog in the property and construction industry. In the wake of the Grenfell Tower tragedy - and the resultant Building Safety Act (2022) - compliance standards are more precise than ever. On our building surveyor course, you’ll learn everything you need to know about maintaining those standards. We’ve designed this course with two audiences in mind: those already experienced in the sector, who are now looking to specialise as building surveyors, and those from unrelated academic or professional backgrounds seeking a conversion route into the industry. Either way, our CABE, CIOB and RICS, triple-accredited course will fast-track your journey into Building Surveying, Building Engineering and Project Management - and ultimately, towards the landmark quality stamp of Chartership. Incorporating real-world case studies and live projects, and delivered by an experienced team of surveyors, engineers, project managers, our course opens new professional pathways in the design, construction, maintenance and repair of buildings - from new-build to listed heritage assets.
