What will I learn?

Course overview:Gain new skills as a future leader to set the agenda and take on challenging global roles in the health and healthcare ecosystem, whether in private industry, government, international organisations, or health service providers. Due to the complex and fast-evolving nature of the determinants of health and associated global challenges, our MSc Global Health Management (previously MSc International Health Management) adopts an interdisciplinary approach for 2024, going beyond traditional training on healthcare management. The programme invites you to consider a wide range of interrelated factors such as innovation and technology, socioeconomic and environmental factors, policymaking, sustainability and data and analytics to evolve the future of health and healthcare. When you apply for the programme, you will choose one of our three concentrations: Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship or Economics & Data Science. You also have the option to complete a four-six month work placement (internship) as part of your programme, extending the programme to 16 months and graduating with 120 ECTS. Entry requirements

For international students

First or 2:1 in a relevant discipline such as: Medicine, Health sciences, Physical sciences, Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Management.

We may consider applications from candidates that have not achieved this if you have extensive and relevant work experience.

As part of the application process, you will indicate which concentration you are interested in studying. If you are choosing the concentration in Economics & Data Science, you will need to demonstrate a strong quantitative background.
