What will I learn?

This course aims to incorporate international considerations and issues to develop your understanding and response to new global business trends and help you appreciate the dynamic nature of international business. You will adopt a broad multidisciplinary approach that covers management and organisational theory, operational requirements, and marketing and human resources influences on management, helping you to become a flexible, effective manager who can spot market opportunities and drive businesses forward, to success in the international field. Our International Business Management master’s degree has been developed to hone your business leadership skills on a global scale. The programme will provide you with an understanding of international business logistics and operations, through topics such as Global HR for Competitive Advantage, International Management in Finance and Accounting and Sustainable Business Strategy. As a BNU student you will have access to a range of postgraduate support, including help developing new business ideas and use of our mentoring scheme. We want you to build upon the experience you have gained in industry and expand your abilities so you can graduate with the relevant knowledge to progress your career. By the end of the programme, you will have developed skills in critical analysis of the international business environment and its inter-relationship with organisations. As well as an increased awareness of contemporary issues in managing business activities across borders.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants to this course will normally have obtained a Bachelors degree with Honours (or equivalent) which can be in a range of subject disciplines or professions. Applicants need a minimum of a 2:2 in their degree to be considered.
