About the course The MSc Manufacturing Management programme is designed to provide a rigorous and systematic understanding of the field, equipping students with the critical awareness and knowledge required to become a credible manufacturing management professional. The programme provides a balance of theory, practice and participation, focusing on: the broad areas of product design for manufacturing & supply chain, sustainable materials, applied lean process design, smart manufacture & asset management, logistics & operations strategy, procurement and inventory management, and continuous improvement and quality management. design orientated tasks, including analysis and synthesis, to develop relevant and applicable procedures and processes to resolve technical and ultimately business problems. critical review of the present knowledge base, its applicability, usage and relevance to enhance product and enterprise performance. Several award routes are offered: One-year full-time MSc Manufacturing Management (September entry) 18-months full-time MSc Manufacturing Management (September and January entry) Two-year full-time MSc Manufacturing Management with Extended Professional Practice (September entry) Two-year full time MSc Manufacturing Management with Advanced Project (September entry)
