This MSc programme combines principles from mechanics, electronics, control, computers, automation, and robotics to design, manufacture and test smart and cognitive systems and devices, that use a combination of these disciplines. This will enable you to gain a depth of advanced knowledge and critical awareness of the most up-to-date practices and theories in mechatronics and computer systems engineering. The postgraduate programme will arm you with all you need to be able to create your own mechatronic systems that are smart and cognitive, developing them from imagination through to reality.The course includes a number of self-contained, taught modules organised around the various areas of mechatronics engineering.
