What will I learn?

This course is designed to appeal to both clinical and basic scientists, and provides a comprehensive, theoretical and practical training using state-of-the-art techniques in molecular and cellular biology as applied to medicine. The MSc in Molecular Medicine provides excellent training for clinical and science graduates looking to pursue further research (including PhD study) and also those interested in a career in industry, clinical service or a related discipline. The course is designed to appeal to both basic and clinical scientists, and will provide basic training for those wishing to pursue a career in scientific medical research. Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree. The minimum requirement is based on the university's selectivity ranking; from the most competitive we look for a minimum cumulative GPA of 3/4 to 3.25/4 or better. From other mainstream universities we look for a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4 or better. Departments may require a higher grade from particular institutions.

For international students

Students need to have a minimum requirement of 2.2 degree in biological science, medicine or veterinary science. All candidates must demonstrate a minimum level of English language proficiency for admission to the College. Standard IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in all elements) and Students should have TOEFL scores 92 overall (minimum 20 in all elements).
