What will I learn?

Developed in partnership with industry leaders, the UCL People Analytics and Human-Centric Management MSc has been designed to give you the critical and latest knowledge and skills on people analytics, leadership, and the future of work. This one-year course is aimed at those aspiring to outstanding careers in management, people analytics, and human resources. Organisations today face complex challenges related to people management and leadership, such as attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring employee engagement and well-being, and adapting to rapid technological changes. The People Analytics and Human-Centric Management MSc combines fundamental HR and management knowledge with cutting-edge research and in people analytics, strategic management, work design, and employee well-being. The curriculum goes beyond traditional HR education, so that you can gain the skills required to lead sustainable change and growth in various organisations. This unique blend of skills equips you to lead change that makes organisations more effective in their business outcomes and in achieving a higher standard of employee well-being. This focus is aligned with organisation’s increasing dedication to generate positive societal impact through their business operations by by focusing on people not just as resources, but as individuals with needs, values, and potential. The People Analytics and Human-Centric Management MSc programme is ideal for you if you are aiming for a high-level career in people analytics, HR analytics, management, or HR. You are expected to have a basic understanding of statistics, business, and management through formal or informal education and work experience. This programme covers quantitative, managerial, and people management topics, so you should be prepared to be academically pushed in these areas. We welcome applications from students with a wide variety of academic backgrounds, including business and management, social psychology, and social sciences. Degrees and work experience in other fields will be considered if you demonstrate strong motivation to pursue a career in people and management-related areas. Entry requirements

For international students

A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, in relevant subjects, such as; business and management, social psychology, and social sciences. Degrees and work experience in other fields are also considered if students have a strong motivation to pursue a career in people and management-related areas.
