What will I learn?

Our Economics and Finance MSc provides a solid foundation in economic and financial theory, enabling you to develop the analytical capabilities necessary to deal with complex problems. Political and social changes such as Brexit, US elections and the pandemic have deeply affected markets, disrupting supply, demand and inflation. This course will equip you with the skills necessary to appraise financial opportunities to help address issues such as global financial crises. The industry placement or research year is a great way to gain valuable professional or academic experience and provides an opportunity for international students to study in the UK for two years instead of one. We offer a two-year international study visa route to support applications for this course.
