What will I learn?

Managing finance and costs effectively is important throughout the building lifecycle, from inception to completion. As we build new developments and manage existing ones, demand increases for professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage this process. The building industry needs people with a good understanding of the commercial aspects of development and construction. BSc(Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management is a degree that reflects the needs of modern industry.This course is also available on a full-time or part-time basis so you can boost your career prospects if you're already working in the industry.
