What will I learn?

Our newly designed Real Estate courses are ideal for those looking to get ahead in their career. Whether you already have a background in the built environment or are changing career, our aim is to develop your expertise and give you the skills to flourish in the real estate industry.You will work alongside other built environment postgraduates, gaining valuable contacts and insights into other disciplines. If you're looking to progress in general practice surveying, property management, investment , development, banking , government or other property related fields, Real Estate at LSBU could be perfect for you. Course content: Focusing on commercial property for occupation, development and investment, largely in an urban context. Skills development: We will develop your property-related skills and knowledge in the context of industry. Our graduates go on to work in finance, banking and real estate. Many form their own companies and we keep an open dialogue with our alumni helping to keep the course grounded and employment opportunities available.Full-time MSc 12 monthsSeptember

Entry requirements

For international students

A minimum of a 2:2 Honours degree in a Surveying subject, or; Around 10 years' of sector experience. Applicants need to demonstrate capacity to think about a broad range of theoretical and practical issues.
