What will I learn?

The property industry is a dynamic field that reacts to macroeconomic trends like interest rates, population growth and economic strength. As such there is a constant demand for graduates with skills in management, planning investment and negotiation - all things you'll learn about on this course.Content has been tailored to focus on all aspects of modern property management. You'll comprehensively examine real estate development, investment and management, through to sale and acquisition. You'll also learn about valuation, development, sustainability and financing projects, as well as an acute understanding of the relationships between - and the demands of - occupiers, developers, investors and funders. The course provides you with detailed specialist knowledge and skills in areas including: valuation, corporate real estate, investment appraisal, portfolio management, property management, agency, sustainability, and business management.You will also develop core surveying competencies in areas such as business planning, client care, negotiation, and project management.

Entry requirements

For international students

We accept a range of UK academic qualifications including A-levels, International Baccalaureate, BTEC, International Foundation programmes and pre-Masters courses from recognised schools, colleges and universities.120 UCAS Tariff points from up to four qualifications (two of which must be A-level equivalent).GCSE English and Maths grade C / 4.International Baccalaureate - Overall Pass in the IB Diploma, including at least 15 points from three Higher Level Subjects.
