**Why an Integrated Foundation Stage?**An Integrated Foundation Stage starts your degree studies with a year spent learning the skills required to progress onto a full honours degree. Alongside an introduction to Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation, you will develop valuable study skills, communication, team work and problem-solving techniques which help to build your confidence and prepare you for the rest of your course.**Why Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation?**Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation course is internationally recognised with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time.We bring together innovative testing and monitoring, training and rehabilitation programming and technical skills that are underpinned by the scientific principles of physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis.It scored 100% for teaching satisfaction and 92% for learning opportunities in the National Student Survey 2025.
