About this course

What will I learn?

The art history major offers courses that cover the entire swath of history and actively seeks to teach you about canonical and noncanonical influences through the ages.
This major provides a dynamic and diverse pathway for studying the arts and the historical contexts in which they were produced. Art history is a truly multidisciplinary major, one where you learn and work within the tenets of history, philosophy, sociology, psychology and anthropology, among others.

Applicants must have an official transcript directly from all the high schools.

English Proficiency

TOEFL: minimum of 71.

IELTS: minimum of 6.0

Duolingo English Test (DET) - minimum score of 105

Pearson PTE - minimum score 54

iTEP Academic - minimum score of 3.7. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis once they become complete: Fall - April 1; Spring - October 1.
