What will I learn?

The Theater Arts Department provides students the opportunity to broaden their Liberal Arts education, gain practical experience for professional and community theater work, and prepare for continued higher education. Several major productions are offered each year utilizing Laney’s outstanding theater facility.

The Theater Arts major offers the fundamental study and understanding of the theater. This allows students to develop their practical skills and talents as well as their intellectual ability to think creatively and critically.

Entry requirements

For international students

Students must have completed High School/Secondary School Diploma. Applicant must have TOEFL score of 61 ibt, or 6 on the IELTS test. Deadlines to Apply: Fall - June 15; Spring – November 15.
