Our fully accredited five-year B.Arch. program will provide you with the skills, leadership abilities, and professional relationships to launch you on a path to a successful career anywhere in the world. New York Tech’s five-year B.Arch. program is a rigorous, professional, studio-based program designed to enhance your unique talents and abilities through learning-by-making, using advanced architectural technology and up-to-date design and fabrication strategies.You’ll tackle increasingly complex and technically demanding challenges in areas such as building design, community and urban design, and comprehensive design, with an emphasis on sustainability. Tailor your degree by taking experimental courses, participating in summer programs working side-by-side with renowned architects and researchers, and completing a one-year research and design thesis on a complex architectural and design topic of your choosing.

Entry requirements

For international students

To be considered for admission to New York Institute of Technology, you must have satisfactorily completed high school (secondary school) with at least a B average or a 3.00 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.00 scale.

The following minimum scores required for full admission to undergraduate are:

IELTS score: 6.0

TOEFL (iBT) score: 79

Pearson PTE score: 53

Deadlines:

December 1 for the spring semester and July 1 for the fall semester.

*There may be different IELTS requirements depending on your chosen course.
