What will I learn?

Math provides a greater understanding of the world it enables us to count, measure, analyze, and predict most things in our daily lives. In our Mathematics Education program, you will develop the problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills necessary for teaching in the 21st century.

Our B.A. in Mathematics Education degree fulfills all the requirements of our mathematics major and the New Hampshire State Department of Education Professional Standards for Teachers, which are required for certification. The curriculum includes advanced mathematics and physics courses, problem solving and modeling, teaching math with technology, as well as secondary education coursework. With this degree, you will be prepared for a variety of careers in education, business, and academia, as well as ready for advanced graduate study and research.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must have Official High School Transcript or GED.

Our minimum acceptable scores for standard English tests are TOEFL (61), IELTS (5.5), PTE (43).

Application Deadlines: Fall semester - July 1; Spring semester - November 1.
