What will I learn?

The four year, pre-professional, undergraduate degree is a 126-credit-hour program culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.S. Arch.). The pre-professional architecture program introduces the student to the fundamentals of design. Course work weaves liberal arts courses with architectural design curriculum architectural history through the ages current technological advances in architecture and the confluence of sustainable design, urbanism, and social justice through design.

Entry requirements

For international students

International students applying to Catholic University must have successfully completed a university preparatory course of study at a secondary school (a minimum of 12 years of primary and secondary school training comprising the equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma).

Acceptable Test Scores

TOEFL - 80 Internet (should have at least 20 out of 30 in each category); 150 Paper; 213 Computer.

IELTS - 6.5 (individual test module scores are also reviewed in addition to the overall score to ensure proficiency)

Application deadline for Fall semester (Sept. to Dec.): Nov. 1 - Early Action and Early Decision I application deadline; Feb. 1 - Regular Decision and Early Decision II application deadline.
