BA/BS Exercise Science + MS Exercise Physiology

This accelerated combined degree program allows students to complete two degrees in just five academic years.BS in Exercise Science.MS in Exercise Physiology.Students receive the same benefits of both curriculums and move seamlessly from the undergraduate program to graduate studies. You will save time and money, as well as jump-start your career. At SIUE, the exercise science program combines coursework in both the basic sciences and exercise sciences, along with real-world internships to ensure our students are prepared to excel in a variety of professional health and fitness settings. The program is based upon the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) professional certifications. A Master of Science in kinesiology with a specialization in exercise physiology is offered as an adult evening program designed in accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for certification as a certified clinical exercise physiologist.
