What will I learn?

Our Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry prepares students for careers in pharmacy, medicine, forensic science, dentistry, environmental studies, veterinary medicine, secondary science education or patent law.

Concentrations

Biochemistry

This concentration is for students who seek a comprehensive background with emphasis in biological chemistry. The curriculum is designed to contain all of the courses necessary for entry into medical or dental school.

Environmental Chemistry

This concentration is for students who seek a comprehensive background in chemistry and also have an interest in applying their expertise in chemistry to environment-related careers and issues.

Forensic Chemistry

This concentration is for students who seek a comprehensive background in chemistry and also have an interest in applying their expertise in chemistry to a career in forensic science or criminalistics.
