The BA in Liberal Studies [LBST] prepares students for Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential Programs in California. It has three concentrations: Credential-Integrated (which allows students to earn their BA and Credential here at CSUSB on an accelerated timeline). Precredential-General (which allows students additional latitude to design their own course of study and is ideal for students planning to pursue a credential at CSUSB or another institution). Precredential-Spanish Studies (designed for students interested in the Bilingual Added Authorization in the Multiple Subject Credential Program, which provides eligibility to teach in a bilingual/Spanish Classroom setting).
