What will I learn?

Business Administration students who choose the Management concentration will develop the critical, conceptual, and interpersonal skills that are essential to employment in management positions in all types of organizations. Managers and top executives hold more than seven million jobs in the U.S. They are the organizational leaders who formulate the policies and direct the operations of corporations, not-for profit institutions, and government agencies.In this program, you will learn the knowledge and skills necessary to be problem solvers, excellent communicators, and forward thinkers who understand that developing people is still the key to gaining a competitive advantage.Students can expect todevelop an understanding of the different forms of organizations and how they operate in domestic and global contextslearn how to analyze cognitive behavioral and ethical issues faced by individuals and groups in organizationsdevelop an understanding of appropriate strategies for organizational effectiveness.

All applicants to UIS are required to submit official transcripts from all of the institutions they have attended Applicants who attended a high school university or college outside of the United States must have their credentials evaluated as part of their application. First-year applicants This application is for students who have completed high school or secondary school but have not yet completed any university level coursework Applicants are applying for a bachelors degree program Admission for first-year applicants will be based on - College preparatory curricula and academic coursework. Grade point average GPA on a US 4.0 equivalency scale. Personal statement. IB English A - 5 plus
