The Bachelor in Applied Science in Construction Management (BAS-CM) is an affordable, convenient and quality baccalaureate degree, where you gain 21st century technical, transferable and lifelong-learning skills employers demand. With flexibility to choose a full or part-time schedule and fully online courses, the BAS-CM will fit well with your current lifestyle. Students can attend full-time (15 credits a quarter) or part-time (10 credits a quarter). For those students wishing to only take 10 credits a quarter, the additional 5 credits of general education credits could be taken during the summer quarters or subsequent quarters.

Admission Requirements

There are many pathways to the BAS CM. Please choose one:

Completion of Pierce Colleges Associate of Applied Science in Construction Management or a similar associate degree from another institution with a cumulative GPA for all college-level credits with a 2.0 or greater.

Completion of at least an associate degree with a cumulative GPA for all college-level credits with a 2.0 or greater, and completion of Pierce Colleges Certificate in Construction Management.

Completion of at least an associate degree with a cumulative GPA for all college-level credits with a 2.0 or greater, and a departmental review of your professional and educational experience, resulting in an approved, personalized educational plan.

Advisors and program specialists work closely with students to develop educational plans, based on prior course work and/or work history, to meet BAS-CM admission requirements and approve possible substitutions.
