Applied research and presentation opportunities Each year, our History Colloquium offers a platform for students from UToledo and other regional colleges to present their research, gain relevant experience and build their professional networks. You’ll actively engage with our area’s history community to foster important connections and collaboration. Networking within a supportive, close-knit community Make new friends with fellow history students and build meaningful relationships with our faculty. The History Department’s weekly ''Salon'' provides a relaxed space to gather over tea and exchange ideas, and our movie nights offer thought-provoking films and discussions. Entry requirements

For international students

You are considered a freshman if you are coming to UToledo directly from high school and have never attended university. If you took college courses while enrolled in high school, you are still considered a freshman.

Minimum GPA: 2.0
